Zwischenschub: Scammin the Scammer

Ich experimentiere gerne. Ich nehme oft Geld her und "investiere" in verschiedenste Sachen. Geht das Geld verloren tröstet die gewonnene Erfahrung über den Verlust hinweg. Aber heute... war es anders :)

Jeder kennt Scammer. Einfach gesagt sind das Leute die deine Unaufmerksamkeit, Gutgläubigkeit oder Unerfahrenheit ausnutzen um dich über den Tisch zu ziehen. Also kurz gesagt: Betrüger

Ich verurteile diese Leute nicht. Sie sind teil des Spiels, und irgendwo denk ich mir das ihre Opfer es auch verdienen Opfer zu sein. Ich war auch Opfer und ich habe es verdient. Aber das ist eine andere Geschichte.

Jedenfalls hatte ich mir eine kleine Aufgabe gestellt: Einen Scammer selbst abzuziehen. Die Theorie ist denkbar einfach: Einen Scammer dazu bringen dir Geld zu überweisen. Nur wie ist die Frage. Auch das ist einfach beantwortet, der Scammer muss dir vertrauen, glauben das du irgendwo dumm bist, und er muss der Meinung sein dass sich die Investition lohnt.

Die Ausführung war das schwierige...

Ein potenzielles Opfer findet sich im Local von Jita sehr schnell. Ich habe mir ein Paar zum üben heraus gesucht. Die ersten paar Male ging das ganze in die Hose. ich habe es auf dem einfachsten Weg versucht. Ihr wisst schon, ein paar Nullen beim Direkthandel vergessen usw.

Naja, die meisten Scammer haben wachere Augen als ihre Opfer. Keine meiner Versuche meine Täter/Opfer auf diese Weise zu überlisten gelang. Es schien dass ich wohl etwas mehr Mühe in die ganze Sache stecken musste...

Ich fing also an die Scammer vorher zu convoen... Ein bisschen Smalltalk und etwas Verwirrung stiften bevor es ans geschäftliche ging. Viele hielten sich in ihren Antworten jedoch sehr knapp, waren ungeduldig und genervt. Null Chance ^^

Einige jedoch ließen sich auf einen kleinen Plausch ein. DAS war die gewünschte Zielgruppe. Und dann habe ich jemanden im Local entdeckt der seine Seriösität mit folgendem Bild beweisen wollte:

Er versprach jedem das dreifache des an ihn gesandten Geldes zurück zu geben. Jita-Standardkost. Also hab ich ihn zu einem kleinen Gespräch eingeladen. Ach, und mir ist bewusst das ich durch den nachfolgenden Chatlog meinen späteren Posts bezüglich, meines Lebenslaufs ein wenig vorweg nehme. Keine Sorge, ich werde diese Tatsache geflissentlich ignorieren ;)
Diejenigen die keine Englischkenntnisse haben können nach dem Chatlog damit fortfahren zu lesen.

Und so weiter und so weiter... wir haben noch ein bisschen geredet. Ich kenn jetzt sogar seinen Mainchar ^^ Wer weiss, vielleicht hat sich seine "Investition" im Endeffekt ja gelohnt. Bekanntschaften sind immer gut. Ich war jedenfalls ganz zufrieden mit meinem Experiment. Wieder eine Erfahrung gesammelt :)

Ich weiss, es sind "nur" 10 Millionen, aber für mich war es trotzdem ein großer Erfolg, da ich wissen wollte ob es für mich überhaupt möglich ist. Keine Ahnung wie hoch ich hätte Pokern können ^^

Für diejengen die kein Englisch können: Ich habe Alvum Tepo glauben gemacht er würde viel Geld bekommen wenn er mir Geld überweist. Also im Prinzip dasselbe was er die ganze Zeit abzieht. Ich sagte ich wäre schon mal gescammt worden und müsste erst mal testen ob man ihm vertrauen könne bevor ich ihm mein ganzes Geld überweise. Ich habe erzählt das ich das Geld dringend für Handel brauchen würde. Ich habe von meinem Frachterloss erzählt und meinen aktuellen Frachter verlinkt, damit er sieht das ich Geld habe. Den Rest der Zeit ein wenig Smalltalk betrieben, mit dem Ziel ihn davon zu überzeugen ich würde das Geld wirklich brauchen und er könne mir vertrauen usw.

Er dachte ich hätte 1,5 Milliarden zum investieren. Wie man auf dem Screenshot weiter oben sieht hab ich im Moment nicht so viel ;) Ich wollte nur das er den $-Blick bekommt. Schlussendlich habe ich ihm dann 5 Millionen überwiesen, in der Hoffnung auf den ganzen Rest des Geldes gab er mir wie versprochen 15 Millionen zurück. Danach wurde er von mir aufgeklärt. Hatte noch ein nettes Gespräch mit ihm. Er erzählte dass das nicht das erste mal gewesen sei dass ihm so etwas passiert. Aber es sei egal, da er während unseres Gesprächs schon mehr verdient als verloren hatte. Es gäbe sehr viele Leute die auf die Sache hereinfallen.
